Just south of the museum's Nelson Crossing station, the ex-Illinois Central line crosses Camp Creek. Wabash 1189 posed on the trestle on Sunday.

On Saturday it was CNR 6789's turn to pose on the 300-foot-long Camp Creek trestle.

Several runbys were held in a big field just north of the town of Monticello. The trains operated on the former Illinois Central while photographers stood on the abandoned right-of-way of the Illinois Terminal. CNR 6789 smoked it up during a Sunday runby.

Moving aa somewhere under 70 miles an hour, Wabash 1189 shows off speedy lines in a pan shot.

Yellow flowers complement the yellow paint on the nose of CNR 6789.
