Red Arrow Work Car Trip

The Wilmington Cahpter NRHS is proud to host an excursion over SEPTA's Red Arrow Division on December 2, 2001. Passengers will ride in a regular Kawasaki streetcar, but we will be shadowed by a Red Arrow work car (a former Bridge Car that operated on the Ben Franklin Bridge). There will be ample opportunity to photograph the work car in a rare daylight appearance at numerous photo stops. All the trackage into both Media and Sharon Hill will be covered. The trip will depart SEPTA's 69th Street Terminal in Upper Darby at 10:00 a.m. Return will be around 3:00 p.m. There will be no formal lunch stop, so eat a late breakfast and pack a snack to eat en route. Tickets are $35 per person and can be purchased with MasterCard or VISA below.
